Kyc not happening

Hi, I’m not able to get my kyc completed. It’s been over 15 days every day I get message from ecom express : that your kyc would be done today then the full day goes by and I get a message that we were unable to contact you and I have to reschedule the kyc again. This is happening since last 15 days my 15,000 Rupees is stuck in the niyox account which I’m not able to withdraw either help me to get my kyc done ASAP or close my niyox account and give my money back. Since I’m really In need for money due to this pandemic and you guys are doing this drama.
