We tried reaching out to you through a call but were unable to connect. As the account closure process is directly managed by the bank, we request you to reach out to DCB Bank to get it resolved at the earliest. Please share your detailed concern regarding the account closure with the bank via email at âcustomercare@dcbbank.comâ from your registered email ID.
Once the account is closed by the bank, you will still be able to access your Niyo account but will not be able to make any kind of transactions using DCB bank account.
