FD Withdrawal Amount not credited in my account even after 10 days

I request to close my FD against my Credit card on 25 Nov. Today around more than 10 days completed but still they have only one answer “please wait”. before 7 days they said that it will take 5-7 days please wait and after 7 days they said we created a ticket please wait. worst service every Please stay away from niyo guys.

I’m facing same issue with extra days. they are using over money. totally fraud don’t use niyo global app.
