Hi Team, I had request for FD closure almost a month back and I have not gotten the amount back to my savings bank account. It shows as 0/-. I have reached out to the customer service executive via chat and mail and the only answer I have been getting is that we are looking into it. I will have to raise a formal complaint with RBI wherein I will have to be reimbursed nit just the actual amount but also the penalty for each day you are delaying the process. I urge you to look into it and give me an ETA else I will have to resort to legal counsel for the same. Very bad experience I have had with this bank and I would ask everyone to stay away from this unprofessional unmanaged bank.
