I loaded 25000 rs into my Niyo account via NEFT on 20 September 2022, but my Niyo account has not been credited yet. It is highly discouraging that NIYO is not taking it seriously.
When I contacted customer service, they replied that I should wait for 48 hours and contact us. I waited but 25000 rs were still missing.
I contacted again they said wait for another 3 to 5 days.

It has been more than 3 days since I deposited 25000 in my Niyo account.
My account has not been credited 25000 rs that I loaded in my Niyo account via HDFC NEFT on 20 September.
