Facing transfer issues

I had done my kyc but i am not able to transfer more than 25000/month. I have to pay my loan emi which is more than 25k. So, what should i do in that case.
Or is there any way to increase this 25k limit.

Hey Ravi! Welcome to the Niyo Community! We sincerely regret the hassle. Can you please confirm the mode of transfer? Please inbox us your registered number as well so that we can check it further for you. LK

Thank you for the reply sir.
I was using google pay and my registered number is 7838061946

Hey Ravi! Please refer to the UPI Transaction Limit for Full KYC customers:

EQUITAS(Equitas UPI application)

PER_TXN_LIMIT: Rs. 25000
DAILY_TXN_LIMIT: Rs. 100000
DAILY_TXN_COUNT: 10
MONTHLY_TXN_LIMIT: Rs. 500000
MONTHLY_TXN_COUNT: 300

UPI.NPCI(Third-party UPI application)

PER_TXN_LIMIT: Rs. 25000
DAILY_TXN_LIMIT: Rs. 100000
DAILY_TXN_COUNT: 10
MONTHLY_TXN_LIMIT: Rs. 500000
MONTHLY_TXN_COUNT: 300

Note: As per NPCI Guidelines, within the cooling period (24 hours) i.e. after registration and setting UPI PIN, 10 transactions are allowed and the total amount including all 10 transactions is Rs. 5,000/-.

If my daily limit is 1,00,000 then why whenever i try to send more than 25000 it shows that your bank limit has reached.

Hey Ravi, this should not have happened. Kindly try again and if you still face the issue, please revert back so that we can further assist. SR

I have already tried multiple times.

Hey Ravi! Please note that we are working on this and we will get back to you as soon as we have an update on the matter. LK

Hello Lucky,

Thank you for this information. However being a full.time trader l, I require multiple UPI transactions in a day and in the above case it would not be helpful for me as my daily transaction limit goes above 1Lakh on an average.

Any alternate solution or else I have to close this account.

Hey @Chiraag777 , firstly welcome to Niyo community. Don’t forget, there’s always an option to use Debit card for transactions upto 2 lacs per day and you may also perform NEFT transactions of upto 5 lacs per day.

Hope this helps,

Stay safe,
Ashrith
