I have been trying to create my SBM Account since last 10 days. Always there is server error. You try anytime of day or night. Does this work or its just for show

I have applied for niyo dcb debit card yesterday and have uploaded my pan and passport details but it has been 24 hours I have not received any update on the status of verification since yesterday it is only showing it will take upto 3 hrs to complete the verification and I tried reaching out to customer care and written email as well but received no response yet.

I had updated the PAN & passport details for KYC verification yesterday (6th Oct’24), & got to know the process usually takes upto 3hrs to complete. However, it’s been more than 24hrs now & the page is not progressing.
