Face verification issue

Hello, I am trying to open Niyo Global SBM Account since last month. My passport file number is successfully verified. The next step which is face verification is something I am stuck with.
Over the last 30 days I have tried to complete the face verification step but even i blink it is not recording the 5 sec video. Please help me with this.
