Hi @Avi5 Kindly share your passport copy in order to get this checked further. These are the possible reasons why your passport verification could fail:

If your Passport is issued on or before 2013

If your Passport was not issued in India.
Eg: If your passport was issued by Indian Embassy from the USA (or any foreign countries)

If the name/date of birth on the Passport is different than your Aadhaar

If your Passport is expired.

I am writing to request an urgent manual reset and verification of my passport details for my Niyo Global account.
The Issue: I have encountered the “Exceeded Trial Limits” error in the app. The automated verification failed repeatedly because my Indian passport was issued by the Indian Embassy in Bhutan. I understand that the standard domestic API may not be fetching this record.

To move forward, we recommend waiting for 24 hours for your verification attempts to automatically reset on the backend, after which you can try again within the app.
