Issue with debit card delivery

I ordered debit card after initial deposit . Then I checked card tracking through delhivery site. The result is atteched below. I need my card super urgently as i need to travel on 25th Aug 2022. Pls support asap

We see that you placed your card order on 15-Aug-2022 at 03:10 PM. Usually, it takes up to 2 business days to process a card request. As it’s a public holiday on the 15th of August, there is a delay in processing the card request. We kindly request you to wait for a day or two. Once your card is ready and about to ship, you will be able to view the tracking details in your Niyo SBM app under the Card Settings tab. For further help, please reach out to our live chat support through the app under Menu > Support options.
