Ticket id: 2399299: Says solved without even resolving my issue.
I’ve been getting this error when trying to select the new dcb forex card. I have the new niyo app and getting a forex card from niyo for the first time. It’s been a disappointing experience so far because the process of getting the card which is supposed to be quick is just stuck because of a bug on the app, I’ve been getting the same error for the past two days which I’ve attached in the ticket mail. Please assist me with this issue.
