I have created a account but to complete the full kyc is it possible for video kyc. As this time is not good for on site verification.

Hey @Sreerag . Firstly, welcome to Niyo community. Currently, Niyo supports only Biometric Full KYC for NiyoX. They have already informed that Video KYC is on their roadmap.

But if i am currently residing in a different place than the communication address. I have to change my communication through netbanking but to register for netbanking i need debit card or customer id without any of these how can i ever complete this. As i may be one of your valued customers tomorrow.

Hey, reach out to either Bansari or Lucky via DM regarding this. They will definitely help you out. It is possible to complete Full KYC at communication address. Many users according to what I’ve read in the threads, have completed Full KYC at communication address.

Hi @Sreerag ,

You can now change your communication address online by visiting the Equitas bank internet banking portal. All you need to do is log in to Equitas net banking page - Personal Internet Banking | Online Banking | Equitas India and register yourself as a new user.

  1. Log in to Equitas internet banking
  2. On the home page, click on ‘Service Request’ and then choose ‘DIY Services’
  3. Click on ‘Change of communication address’
  4. Select the option to change the correspondence address
  5. Select identification requirements i.e. either Aadhaar or VID
  6. Enter the OTP sent to your Aadhaar registered phone number
  7. Choose YES if you want your communication address to be the same as your Aadhaar, else, choose NO

Please be informed that the new communication address will take 3 days to get updated, this service only allows a customer to change the communication address online. To change the permanent address one has to visit the nearest Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Note for Mutual fund investors on NiyoX: This will not change the address in your Mutual Fund folios. If you are invested or KYC compliant, you will need to contact CAMS and/or Karvy (RTAs) for the address change. And if your KYC is not done yet, you can just raise a ticket under the investment section in the app and we’ll take it forward.

Once your communication address is updated you shall get your KYC done on the same.

Hey @sidhant_behera . Firstly, welcome to Niyo community. While you’re opening an account in NiyoX, keep your PAN Card and Aadhaar Card number ready, as you’ll be asked to fill in these document numbers during onboarding. After you’ve opened an account and scheduled for Full KYC, only a biometric verification will be done at your doorstep. And, NO, there are no charges for Full KYC. Hope this helps!

Just decided not to open an account after going through first few steps of on-boarding in the App. This is because RBI requires OTP KYC based account to be converted to full KYC in an year’s time, and you can only have one OTP based account at any point. The reason for me opting out is that Niyo does not seem to have biometric KYC facility in Kolkata, neither does Equitas in entire West Bengal. Also, do they really expect us to travel to another city for KYC?

My bio metric kyc can’t be completed
It have so technically issue so we need video kyc

I just complete my kyc on 12 June by Ecom agent. He take my finger print from door step. I got conformed on my 4th Schedule.

Hi there,
We just checked with our biometric team , full KYC is possible in Kolkata.
You do not need to visit the Equitas Small Finance Bank for your KYC kindly procced for your full KYC from the app and our biometric agent will visit you at your doorstep.
