The system of providing hourly updates along with your patience in hearing out a customer’s endless cribbing is truly commendable. Not once did it feel like I was shouting into the void.

The dedication your team has shown in cracking the problem deserves applause — and maybe a strong cup of coffee (or two :hot_beverage: ) on the house. This is exactly the kind of support that others in the segment should be taking notes from.
