Thank you for your time on the call. As discussed, please refresh the Niyo Global app and check the Lounge tab—you should be able to view your lounge access there. Alternatively, you can follow the steps below:
- Tap on “Lounge Pass” under “Quick Links” on the home screen, or navigate via “Travel Mode” or the “Hub” at the bottom of the app.
- Tap on “Claim Pass.”
Note:
- The lounge pass will be valid for 30 days from the date of generation.
- Make sure to generate the pass accordingly, and please note that it must be claimed within the same calendar quarter.
If you’re still unable to generate the pass, try closing the app completely and repeating the above steps.
