Why i can’t open account if my ckyc number start with 6

As per our system’s latest information, we see that you’ve completed OTP-Based e-KYC & KYC year is 2021 due to which we couldn’t help you with the onboarding for Niyo SBM. For Niyo SBM, the KYC type should be Normal. -WB

I also have the same issue. This is an absurd response.
My CKYC also starts with 6, but it has been updated as latest as 5th Jan 2024.
