@Wasim_Al_Basha unable to open a new account due to CKYC issue, just checked my Zerodha account and found my CKYC number.

Also, what should be done so that i can become eligible as i need the card at the earliest.

As per our system’s latest information, we see that you’ve completed OTP-Based e-KYC & KYC year is 2017 due to which we couldn’t help you with the onboarding for Niyo SBM. For Niyo SBM, the KYC type should be Normal. We regret the inconvenience caused.
