Cannot open account for niyo global


I applied for a niyo global card and this is the message that is showing.

I contacted customer care and they told me to update my full ckyc through my bank and i did so as they-customer care told me. But even after i did all they have told me to do they are telling me that they cant help me now


Please help me in my case
