I am from Kanpur and while trying to do KYC for Niyox Equitas debit card it showed me that my location isn’t serviceable. For that purpose I am travelling to Delhi to order it from my friend’s place. Can I ask my friend to collect card on my behalf on the day of delivery as it will be hard for me to travel again?

Yes, card delivery will be accepted. But all you need to do is receive the call at the time of delivery. If your call is unreachable than card delivery will be returned.
