I want to know if I should be physically present on my Niyo Global SBM card delivery date. Will it work if my father or mother takes it for me?

It is recommended to be present at the time of card delivery. As it is a bank-related consignment, the delivery team may need to verify the right person is collecting the package. Also, you have to share the delivery OTP with the courier team at the time of collecting the package.

Hi, I’m currently out of station but would like my Forex card to be delivered at my home. Is it okay if a family member (like an aunt or grandma) were to receive my forex card at time of delivery?
I know a similar question was asked 3 years ago but since it’s been 3 years so I wanted to confirm if the policy is still the same.

Yes, your family member can absolutely collect the card on your behalf. However, because a Forex card is a high-security banking consignment, please ensure you are fully reachable by phone at the time of delivery. The courier executive will call your registered mobile number upon arrival, and if the call goes unanswered, the package will unfortunately be returned to the origin.
When the executive arrives, you will receive a secure delivery OTP on your phone, which you must share with your family member so they can provide it to the courier. Please also note that the delivery team may need to verify that the package is being handed over to the right person. While this process is completely fine, we always highly recommend being present yourself to avoid any unexpected delivery hiccups.
