@Pankaj2 yes itâs exactly same but youâll be able to receive interest on your savings as itâs a savings account while DCB is current accountâŚthat aside all things are quite similar
hello sir/madam. I have been trying to create an account but I have been facing account creation pending everytime I check. Would you be able to look through the issue and solve it? I recently received an account statement from SBM bank via email which probably indicates that my account was created and this possibly could be a system error?

Try locking and unlocking the card then check if all card settings are set to greenâŚalso check your card limits and try againâŚif this doesnât resolve the problem raise a ticket with the said problem or contact customer care

Hey @DeepAgr! You should be able to complete the ATM withdrawal using Niyo Global by SBM card in UAE without any issues. Kindly note that youâve to withdraw in the local currency i.e United Arab Emirates Dirhams.

It has been months! I am still unable to get my account. it still shows account creation pending. I have raised a ticket (1188337 ) but each time I have contacted them, they say that they will look into this matter, then nothing happens!
I can see my account number via the SBM bankâs official app but nothing else is working.

We understand that you were able to see your SBM account number but due to some technical issues, we may not be able to help you to access your account through the Niyo Global app at the moment.
