We’re sorry to hear you’ve lost your card! No worries—you can easily block and reorder a new one by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Niyo app, select “Bank,” and navigate to “Card Settings” from the dashboard. Look for the option at the top right to block your existing/lost card.
  2. Choose “Permanent BLOCK” and confirm your choice.
  3. Once blocked, you can reorder your card by calling the DCB Customer Care numbers: 022-68997777 or 040-68157777.
