To avail the forex cash facility, doorstep delivery is currently available only in select cities—Bangalore, Mumbai, and Pune. Your delivery address must be within these locations. Alternatively, you may visit a Kanji Forex branch in one of these cities for direct assistance.
Regarding ATM withdrawal charges abroad:
- Niyo SBM Debit Card: ₹423 + GST per transaction
- Niyo SBM Credit Card: ₹423 + GST or 2.5% of the withdrawn amount + GST (whichever is higher)
- Niyo DCB Debit Card: ₹425 + GST per transaction
Please note that acquiring bank charges may also apply, depending on the ATM you use.
