I did a transaction of Rs.50000 towards my nio debit card through upi (sbi bank) but the balance wasn’t updated. I tried reaching out customer care and they told me to check with sender’s bank. I checked with them and they said that the amount has been deducted from my account. i was told to wait for t+1 days and still the amount hasnt been reflected. Whenever i try to contact support they all say the same thing to check with sender’s bank which I already did and they have already sent the details of the transaction with account number where the money i recieved but still they wont check it. Is there anyone actually helpful that can i have a look at this matter.
