Amount has not been credited

I used NEFT to transfer money to my Niyo account. However, I am not able to see the updated balance. Has the money even been credited? What should I do?

Usually, it takes up to 2-3 hrs to process the NEFT transactions. If you do not receive the amount by then, the chances are there that the amount will be refunded to the source bank account within 2-3 business days. We kindly request you to wait and check your beneficiary account for the same.
