NEFT not reflecting

I have transferred NEFT 5K after creating account with niyo global(SBM) but it is not reflecting in my app(home page/transactions).

As we checked, the funds are still not credited to your Niyo SBM account. You may receive the amount back to the source account within two business days, and we kindly request you to wait until then.
