I did NEFT of 5k, but the amount is not reflecting in the niyo global app, how much time does it take to show the credited amount in Niyo?
Note: I refreshed the screen by pulling it down multiple times.
Hey @vartika_chauhan! NEFT transactions may take up to 2-3 hrs to get processed by your source bank while the IMPS transactions will be processed immediately.
We see that your 5K has been credited to your Niyo SBM account. You should be able to view the same on the home screen of the app and under the transactions page. For any help, reach out to our live chat support through the app by navigating to Menu > Support options and our team will help you.
