I have applied five days ago , I filled all the details but still the app shows your account is being created from 4 days , they said it will take only two hours, I have sent 50 emails and they are not responding, just saying will contact soon. This is the worst banking system ever with worst customer service.
These are my complaint IDs 1389649, 1389789, 1390458, 1390949 and 1390950.
I even can’t create new one with my number because the app shows your account is being created, everyone says we will contact back as soon as possible, please help,

@Manisha_Radhakrishna ,you just answered post but did nothing from last three days , this is worst customer service. My account verification has been pending from last 9 days, which should have been completed in two hours. If you can’t help please delete all the information that I have provided, I don’t need this account
