I was wondering about an issue that I may face when I will leave India in upcoming couples of months. So after I leave India for my studies I will not carry the SIM card number that is registered to my NiyoX account, so if I won’t get the OTP on my phone I might have to face many issues while carrying out any transaction. Can you please suggest what should I do in such scenario !!
Currently, we don’t send OTP over email or on an international mobile number. However, thanks to your problem statement here, we’re looking into how we can make it easier for people travelling abroad to use NiyoX.
