We understand your concern. Please be informed that, for security reasons, OTP authentication is mandatory for certain transactions if it is triggered during the payment process. This is an additional safety measure to help protect your account and ensure secure transactions. ![]()
In the meantime, please note that OTPs for transactions are also sent to your registered email ID, so you may check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) to retrieve the OTP and complete the payment. ![]()
