Aadhar and CKYC mismatch error

Hi,

Getting the same error as many others on this forum. I have verified with my primary bank and confirmed the details on my Aadhar and PAN. Everything seems to be in line. Can you please help with this?

Hey @pizza! The onboarding for Niyo Global by SBM is CKYC based.

When our system tried to fetch your CKYC details, a name mismatch was identified between your Aadhaar and CKYC. As per the records, your name in Aadhaar is ‘M#####i K####r’ whereas, in CKYC records, it is ‘MS G#####I K####R’. We kindly request you update your name in the CKYC records and try onboarding for Niyo Global.
