Airport lounge access fee is the fee you’ll have to pay if you’d like to access the airport lounge while you wait for your flight. These fares vary from airport to airport.

Currently, international airports outside India are not included in the lounge access facility. The lounge access facility is available only within India.

I used to use lounge coupons from easemytrip for all my travels until the experience once went bad for the lounge I was asked to use was outside at a different terminal while the booked ticket was at a different place, was ok to pay for the lounge and to my surprise at Delhi when I used Niyo card they charged 2rs per 2 hours.
