International Lounge access within India

I am currently working outside India and planning a trip to India in a month. On one document I read that users can enjoy one free Lounge Pass each quarter per Niyo Global user at select international terminals in India only if you have both, a Niyo Global debit card and a Niyo Global credit card.
While checking the app it says, you need to spend INR 50,000 internationally in a quarter to get access to international lounge outside India.

So is the INR 50,000 criteria applicable to access international lounge within India (like in Mumbai or Bangalore), if not, where can I find the QR code for international lounge access within India?

The mentioned doc only have information about lounge access outside india.
What about lounge access in indian international airport ?

Currently, lounge access is only available outside India based on specific criteria outlined in the PDF above. Unfortunately, lounge access within India, both at domestic and international terminals, has recently been discontinued.
