UPI transaction successful but money still not credited in SBM Niyo Global Credit card

Hi Niyo support team,

This is urgent. I made two successful UPI transaction towards SBM Niyo Global Credit Card to increase the limit. It’s been over 6 hours n still the amount is not credited in the credit card. Can u plz update me on this? Also, can I withdraw the amount from the global credit card through an ATM in Bali? Is there any minimum balance we need to maintain to be able withdraw cash from international ATM? Kindly respond as this is urgent for me.
