Upi not available at Google pay or phone pe

Please help regarding this
Getting a unusual error of Incorrect Debit card number ,or expiry while creating upi pin
Please look into this ,
I am entering the correct details ,checked almost 5 times.

Hey! I am unable to transfer amount via GPay to the Niyo SBM account. It shows UPI ID not available, even though I’ve created it. Please look into this urgently.

I created my account couple of hours ago. And everything went smoothly until I had to link the account to the you app. I have tripped multiple times. I am not getting an otp at all to proceed further. I tried both google pay and phone. I even tried contacting your customer support but no luck.

I am a little agitated at this point.

Please help.
