Stuck in Account Opening

There’s a slight mismatch in the name that’s mentioned on my Aadhar and Passport. During verification, it was mentioned that it is okay and now i am stuck with a screen stating Processing passport. Wait for 5-7 business days.
Can someone assist me and tell what should i do in order to successfully have the account.

Upon checking, your Passport Status is on ‘HOLD’. You must have received an email from our team requesting to upload documents. Please submit the requested documents so that our team can re-verify and help you further. -WB
