I really appreciate the NiyoGloabl features and have saved a lot of forex conversion fees using NiyoGlobal. But, every night the service is down for maintenance and I am not able to make transactions.
90% of the time when I open NiyoGlobal app, it says down for maintenance and transactions fail. Even the balance does not get updated.
Please resolve this issue for a better experience.
It’s hard for anyone travelling to keep track of time back home and if you try to make any transaction between 12 am and 4 am it won’t go through. Sometimes the maintenance extends beyond the designated timeframe. This is really annoying and I’m eager to know if there’s any downtime indicator in the niyo global app? I’m going to travel today and I’ve little to no confidence in this card as this time.

While the Niyo Global app does indicate the downtime between 12 AM and 4 AM IST, only for Niyo SBM, and during this time card transactions usually go through, only issue would be with fund transfer and balance update. We understand that it can still be challenging to manage, especially when you’re traveling.
