SBM Bank Debit Amount Not Reflecting into Niyo Account

Its Been More than hours but still amount is not reflecting in to niyo account.

Reached out to customer support all i got a pretemplated message. “Sorry”.

I got a ticket number Ticket Received - Missing transaction. #2338628

I confiremed with Successfull transfer receipt from the sender.

I request to release the amount Asap as I’m in need.
