Re kyc - how long does it take?

Currently my account my frozen and I have done re kyc thru the application.
The app says it should be done with in 2-3 days but it has been over 10 days now .
Tried reaching out to Niyo money no response .
Who do I reach out to now ?

How do I get a ticket number ? I wrote to Niyo money earlier but now I wrote to Niyo global . But I have no ticket number yet .

I would like to withdraw the money if that is possible because re kyc seems to be taking ages and there email you mentioned have not gotten back to me yet .
