Re-KYC for Niyo SBM: Get help in this thread!

Thanks for reaching out. We understand it can be challenging to manage account formalities from abroad, and we’re here to make this process as smooth as possible for you.

To proceed, we’ll need to temporarily reactivate your Niyo SBM account so that we can assist you with the withdrawal and closure. Since you’re currently outside India, please send an email from your registered email ID to global@goniyo.com with the subject line:
“Please activate my Niyo SBM account”

In your email, kindly include the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Customer ID

  • Purpose of Travel

  • Estimated Return Date

  • Proof of Stay Abroad

  • Estimated Re-KYC Completion Date

:pushpin: Documents accepted (any one): return tickets, immigration stamp, university or college letter, medical certificate with treatment duration, or any other valid proof of your stay abroad.

:magnifying_glass_tilted_right: Please note: This is a temporary activation valid for 6 months. You’ll need to complete VKYC once you return to India.

Once your account is active again, we’ll be able to help you with the withdrawal and closure process without any hassle.
