Thank you for your time over the call. As discussed, we are pleased to inform you that your Niyo SBM account will be unfrozen within 2 working days (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays) since you have completed your Re KYC today. 
You will receive SMS/Email confirmation for your Re KYC update in SBM Bank records.
Once unfrozen, your account will be fully operational for INR fund transfers and card transactions.
