Hey @nature_s_blessings . Firstly, welcome to Niyo community. Here’s how you can update your mobile number associated to your NiyoX account.

  1. Login to Equitas Net banking portal.
  2. Click on “Service Requests”.
  3. Select “Assisted Services”.
  4. Click on Update Mobile Number.
  5. Enter your new mobile number when asked and provide a Valid ID Proof.
  6. Submit the application by clicking on proceed and follow the further guided steps.

You should be able to change your phone number by this method. If you have further queries, feel free to reach out again!

Iam already sabmit but no response .already 4 day is going but no response …please change my number

We recommend getting connected with the Equitas Small Finance Bank toll-free number: 1800 103 1222 on working day’s between 9am to 6pm to get this checked.
