I can see my FD amount is now debited from my credit card but not credited yet in savings account, two days have been past

I had 2 FDs, one against the credit card and another in SBM bank.
When I tried to withdraw my other fd, the the button to FD stopped working and
After the app updated it was completed gone.
Now I can not see my other FD at all and it doesn’t show up under credit card.
How do I withdraw my all FDs?

We tried reaching you by call, but couldn’t connect. Please note that any FD created via the Niyo app is linked to the SBM credit card, as the option to create a standalone FD directly with SBM bank is not available in the app. As checked, you had 3 FDs under the card, and you have withdrawn 2 today. The withdrawals are in process and will be completed within 5–6 working days. The remaining FD amount will be credited to your Niyo SBM account.
How do I access that account?

You can access your Niyo SBM account directly through the Niyo app. Please log in to the app to manage your account and its services.
