I am quite frustrated with the glitches faced in the Niyo Application. After your email confirmation on the resolution of the glitch on 5th May , the same day I redeemed my eligible voucher and to fulfill the 5000 coins variance as I already had 25000 Niyo coins , i brought the Niyo Premium subscription with which i received the 5000 coins and with the total 30000 + coins accumulation, I redeemed them to generate another pass in the name of my Wife - Darshana Das.The pass was successfully generated and now today when I am checking , the pass is not reflecting in my application . I am only seeing the one pass , which I had generated through my eligibility and my wife 's pass which was generated through the coins is not showing up.
What’s wrong ?? Please provide immediately, as we are traveling tomorrow and need the access ASAP.

@Atik_Shah Now both the vouchers are reflecting in the Niyo application, but why it disappeared earlier. This unreliability of the application caused unnecessary confusion and tension yesterday night and today morning . As a precautionary measure , can you provide me the pdf file of both the vouchers, that can be redeemed for the lounge access.

@Atik_Shah , Although the lounge pass is currently reflecting, i am not confident anymore , and what is the chance that yesterday 's incident won’t repeat , moreover as discussed your customer support is not 24x7 . In a different time zone , in a different country, if i face this issue , I would not get the required support, as i understood from yesterday’s incident. Hence share me the pdf vouchers over email , to safeguard from such occurences , so that I can enjoy my trip, rather than trying to reach out to you .
