NEFT transfer not reflecting in account

Hi,

I had recently transferred an amount from my bank account to the niyo account. But there is no confirmation on the app or any message from Niyo stating that amount has been credited. The amount has been debited from my other bank account. Please look into this as I am in urgent need of this amount.
