Money not credited ib my SBM A/C

Dear Team,

I have been using SBM Bank for a year or so and the experience was really good. However recently I have faced an issue. I have withdrawn my funds from the platform where I have been working as a freelancer but the funds have not yet been credited to my account. Previously I used to get money on the same day or the next day but this time it has been an exception. I am reaching out to you for your assistance in this matter.
