I suddenly got a prompt to enter pin after trying to open via fingerprint and app was not logging in I reset my pin. And after that it was still havimg trouble logging in. I tried clearing app data and login again when I entered my mobile number it was showing me to create new account, my equitas account details are not showing up, no transaction history, kyc lost, travel insurance purchased is lost, generated lounge pass is lost. I submitted a query to customer care and they asking me to wait for 2 to 3 working days. The fun part is my International travel is coming in 2 days, felt cheated.
Anyone had similar issue like this?

I raised a query and complaint in this regard and it was fixed from the technical team within 18 Hrs. Now my equitas account is connected back to Niyo. They said it was some kind of bug which is resolved amd will not be happening in the future.
