My kyc appointment is not done and when I am trying to reschedule

Hello Sankar! There’s nothing to worry about, even I faced the same issue while my KYC was to be completed. You’re getting that error because there’s already an AWB number generated for your KYC completion. You may track the same below:-
This will get resolved at the earliest, you may also create a ticket in the NiyoX app and await for the response via your registered email. If you’re not happy with this answer, kindly wait, a Niyo representative will resolve your query.
Rest assured we have escalated this issue from our end, you need not need to do anything. We shall take it forward from here.
