Kyc Not complete

My KYC was scheduled with Ecomexpress multiple times and yet no one has contacted me till date

Every day I get message from Ecomexpress saying KYC will be done today, yet no one contacted me. Tracking on their website show “Addressee requested to reschedule pickup” when they have not even contacted me. Their agent wrongly updated that call couldn’t connect to customer & cancel kyc request which is totally False. They are doing every time, they just called & asked for adress then they told we will contact you but they don’t contact & cancel kyc request every time. Please Niyo do something from your side.

Tried contacting ecomexpress customer support and no response.
