Issue Regarding Full KYC & Agent didn't come& App bugs

I have scheduled my full KYC visit on 5th May 12-4pm time slot but today when I tried to check for any update on details in the app the full KYC date on the banner and inside the track details of KYC are different I didn’t reschedule my vist but it automatically change and I have waited for whole day so that the kyc agent would came as I thought it might be a bug in app and didn’t expect this from you guys resolve issue asap atleast now. I tried to contact customer care but there was no number or anything an even there is a option to raise ticket I have raised like 3 time but no reply hope you would improve your customer care services I have even attached screenshot of app showing two dates as 5th May in dashboard page and when I hit the view details button then there is another date
