Is there a block on international online payment? (Ecom)


For the last two days I’ve been trying to make bookings on agoda,,, and train line. None of the transactions went through. Checked all my blocks and limits multiple times. What’s going on?

I leave for Europe in 2 days, is this going to be an issue? Please let me know if I have to make other arrangements.
